Whilst other logistics providers have made ‘logistics’ their business, we have made ‘international’ our business and we pride ourselves on being aware of, and understanding, the various consumer trends and political/economic environments in the areas in which we operate.

In November 2015 we surveyed consumers in Australia, Germany, Italy, Japan and Russia who bought clothing or apparel online, to reveal different preference trends, and the frequency with which they buy from national and international websites.

The results highlighted several key factors which influence purchasing decisions such as shipping options, delivery method and returns.
